CFHE's Ujamaa Mobile Launches at Hudson Pride Center

CFHE's Ujamaa Mobile program launched its first free fridge at Hudson Pride Center in Jersey City, NJ. Ujamaa provides access to healthy premade meals and beverages to food and nutritionally insecure individuals and families. This refrigerator can be found at the Hudson Pride Center office in Jersey City, NJ. HPC is a home and voice for the diverse LGBTQ+ community and offers a variety of health & support services. The healthy meals stocked in the Ujamaa Fridge @HPC are FREE and open to HPC's community, clients, members, and HPC family.
